I am a drop shipper, which means I buy from different manufactures at below retail price so I can sell these items to you for a discount. Each of these manufactures has their own return policies so when buying from me please follow my policies and if you have concerns about your order, you should contact me a.s.a.p
Terms:
By purchasing from me, you are acknowledging you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your order / refund / returns.
Shipping:
Most items ship directly from the manufactures and shipped via “best way” as determined by the manufacture. SEE CHART BELOW. Most items ship using UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Larger freight items may take longer to process and ship.
Holiday Shipping:
Additional processing and shipping time will be necessary during the holidays.
Shipping Damages:
It is in your best interest to inspect the item upon delivery if you are unable to inspect the item in front of the driver you must write on the receiving paperwork “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE” or “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”. The inspection of the shipment and notification of any damage and missing items due to damages needs to be reported to me within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. If damage has occurred it is very important to take pictures of the damaged items and of any visible damage to the packaging. The pictures can be emailed to me. After pictures have been taken be sure to place the item, any packaging, boxes, or the pallet aside and hold onto everything, including any paperwork that you received.
If you elect not to inspect the item upon delivery and later find concealed damage it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The chances of winning a claim without the damage noted are very slim. As the item does not leave our facility damaged you will not be reimbursed from us. Any money back you receive would come directly from the carrier.
Undamaged Non-Defective Returns:
Contact us within 48 hours. Sales of clearance and freight items are final. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All undamaged non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
Defective, missing parts or damages (not due to shipping damages)
We take each incident independently. The inspection of the shipment and notification of any defective and missing items / parts due needs to be reported to me within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. It is very important to take pictures of the damaged items. If parts are missing contact us right away so we can send out that part to you a.s.a.p.
How To Return:
DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER BEFORE RECEIVING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM US FIRST!
YOU WILL NEED RGA # (Return Goods Authorization number) FOR A RETURN THIS WILL NEED TO BE PRINTED ON THE BOX!
YOUR ITEM MAY NEED TO BE RETURN TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS/WAREHOUSE THAN IT CAME FROM!
Send your return via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS or freight truck and obtain a tracking number.
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All undamaged non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
Warranty:
Under our warranty policy unless received broken, any damaged product must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt of product.
Upon opening your item please fill out and send in any warranty cards as it is your responsibility to fill these out for any manufacturer warranty that is available.**
Inventory:
On chance, the manufacture will run out of a certain item. If this happens, I will send you an e-mail as soon as I know! It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Refund up to 10 days exchanges up to 30 days Goods must be sealable and shipped back in its original carton freight prepaid. All items shipped back that are non-damaged or non-defective is subject to a 20% restock fee.Damaged or Defective we pay for the return shipping although you may be asked to send a picture of damages and you must contact me first so I can supply you with the RMA # before shipping the item back. All merchandise must be in the original packaging. Please note that installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee. For items requiring special White Glove Delivery, no returns or refunds are possible once the 2 day grace period is over and your order has been processed.Please note that once you place an order for a White Glove item, you have a 2 day grace period to change or cancel your order. No refunds will be issued after this 2 day grace period.On the 2nd day after your order is placed you will be notified by e-mail that your order will be processed. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be processed the next day and no returns, changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed. Payment is required in full at the end of the 2 day grace period. Because no returns are possible on White Glove Delivery items, always pre-measure the space where the item is to be placed to make sure it will fit. Also, pre-measure entryways, doors, stairways and walkways to ensure that items will fit into your home.Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Orders are processed the within 3 business day from when they are placed. Tracking is only emailed on freight, freight items such as tanning beds takes 7-10 days before shipping. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns need to be in resell able condition. If the customer wants to return an item then they will need to ship it back to us at their own expense. If the customer wants to return a special order item, you must contact customer service for authorization. Some extra fees may apply with special order returns. If you refuse the shipment, you will be charged the freight coming back to us. If the item comes back used a refund may not be processed. No merchandise returns or defective claims will be accepted without an assigned Return Authorization Number.Only saleable merchandise in full, original cartons may be returned.All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
